Heather and I have some Clients that have contracted with us to sell their High End Homes in Teton Valley Idaho. We have homes in the Driggs, Victor and Tetonia area. Our goal in business is to do the very best we can for each and every Client. So when we got a call on Thursday afternoon to show Shadows Den on Friday we had the snow removed from the decks, made sure the home was ready to present and reworked our Friday to ensure we had time to show it well.
This is what we did:
•· Arrive early and turned the heat up a bit
•· Turn on all the lights
•· Built a fire in the fireplaces
•· Removed the pool table cover
•· Baked cookies in the oven
•· Made a fresh pot of coffee
•· Supplied the buyer's agent the listing details as well as a 20pg color photo book of the gardens, ponds and home.
At the end of our showing the buyers said we get the Realtor of the day award for how well we presented the home. The agent later called and said she respected us for the care and work we put into the showing of Shadows Den. We like what we do and appreciate all of our Clients; they are what makes our company succeed.
