Last week, I attended the ActiveRain webinar. It was a great refresher to hear new ideas and excitement about the real estate market.
I heard the acronym WIIFM "What's In It For Me" during one of the webinars. As Realtors, we need to remember this when we are forming relationships with our Buyers & Sellers. Our customers/clients want to know how YOU (Realtor) can help meet THEIR needs and wants.
