Networking

I didn't realize how powerful belonging to the chamber of commerce was until recently. I have gone to some ribbon cuttings recently, and have been surprised at how easy it is to get to talk to people, and especially the new business owners. So, if you want some additional contacts and leads, get involved in your local chamber of commerce! I have sold Real Estate since 1974, and I believe this can be a very effective networking and lead-getting opportunity, but you must also be willing to serve.
