We have received about 61 hits in the last months off one of our agent's efforts posting commercial listings on Craig's list. Here is an example of one of his postings:

(Keep in mind these postings expire!)
Based on the Google Analytics data I just looked at, I think we are going to start a process whereby we post all of our listings to Craig's list regularly. It seems to be more effective of a traffic driver than our commercial real estate blog and the listings might be getting more hits than our listings on Loopnet!
One question I have is whether they are quality hits that are reaching our intended audience, or if they are just random people checking out Craig's list postings. I guess time will tell. Does anybody have insight on whether Craig's list is a worthwhile venue for commercial real estate postings? It seems like it would naturally be effective for residential real estate.
