Centegra Wellness on the Move is a mobile health van which will provide wellness screenings, education and health-related services to the residents of the Greater McHenry County community at a variety of locations including corporate workplaces, schools, health fairs, senior communities and areas where the population is underserved. The mobile unit has two examining rooms and capabilities for x-rays, ultrasound, EKG, audiology screenings, blood draws and patient education.
