Cambridge Countryside - Townhomes on Aurora's North Side

Cambridge Countryside is the second subdivision in my three-part feature of Aurora far north-side subdivisions.

The Cambridge Countryside Subdivision is located in the same area as our last featured north-side subdivision, Butterfield. It is located between Eola and Kirk on Butterfield road and can be accessed VIA Du Page Parkway. The townhomes of Cambridge Countryside are fairly large as townhomes go and feature stylish exteriors with partial brick exteriors. Many of the models also include double-story living rooms and some even include full basements. One of the popular features of Cambridge Counrtyside Aurora is that the homes feed into IPSD 204 and high school students would attend Metea Valley High School. Like Butterfield, Cambridge Counrtyside is popular with area commuters because of the location - easy access to I-88 and both Kirk and Eola roads. The townhomes of Cambridge Countryside are also popular with Aurora home buyers seeking a community where the exterior is maintained by the association. Cambridge Counrtyside also includes a much smaller area of detached single family homes.

I've been working in Cambridge Countryside for years and would love to work with you if you're thinking of buying or selling a home in the subdivision. You may contact me directly by phone e-mail or visit my Aurora Real Estate website.
