The following chart shows the average marketing times this year for all detached and attached homes in the Zip code 60010. Attached homes marketing time is low in January 2009 due to the lack of units sold. Both detached and attached seem to be following a similar path and we had a noticeable dip in August. This chart will be updated every month.
