Glenbard North High School Poms Squad Fund Raiser...

Hey Carol Stream, Illinois and School District 87 - Glenbard North, GBN as it is commonly known,

(not to be confused with GBN in Northbrook, Illinois - Glenbrook North High School)

has a Poms Squad which has qualified to compete at the National Level in Orlando - February 2008. Congratulations to all members...

There are several fundraisers in the works to assist in defraying the costs of the trip. One was the Powder Puff football game which took place on Wednesday the 10th. There is a Glenbard North Family and Friends Dinner Dance at the Carol Stream, Illinois Holiday Inn on October 27th. Price is $37.50 per person or $75 per couple. All of the proceeds benefit the Poms trip.

And another is at "Jimmy Johns" at 240 W. Army Trail Road in Carol Stream, Illinois. This fundraiser, will take place between the hours of 4 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday October 17th.
