I want to buy a new home but the news is just to bad!!

The news about housing these days is terrible. Every night we read and hear more about foreclosures and falling home prices. As a Realtor I would like to hear back from people who want to buy as to their opinion and feelings about the falling home prices and foreclosures. Please take a few moments and detail for me your biggest fear about buying a home in today's market and your biggest complaint about your current housing situation.
