Here's a photo of a property. Imagine seeing this a the first photo on the MLS. Would you really give this property a serious look at even for the information on the internet?
A good place to start with Curb Appeal is to: Pretend you are a buyer and stand in the street and look back at your property. Nothing looks worse from the curb - and sets of subconscious alarms - like dirty front windows, hanging gutters and downspouts, missing pricks from the front steps, cracked sidewalks or peeling paint. Not only can these deferred maintenance items damage your home, but they can decrease the value of your house by 10%
Okay, I am putting this photo in to remind you that what the buyer sees on the outside is captioned with the idea of what is on the inside of your home!
And you want how much for your house?
Curb Appeal is so much about maintaining but it also has to do with how your home will be featured in the MLS with photographs.

Now, which home are you going to buy?
It's not only about how you maintain but how your property looks with photos when it hits the internet.
Hard to believe we are looking at the same home.
Your home can and will be disqualified even after you do your grooming to give your home the best change by making sure the curb appeal is there only to be set back in appeal by an agent who doesn't understand the quality and design layout of the photos of your property.
