Are Open Houses Successful???

Often I get asked by my clients if my Open Houses are successful. It seems that the general public has their own impression of who comes to open house's and how successful they can be. It seems that the public thinks that us Realtors will only have noisy neighbors and or unquilified buyers.

I tend to have great results from my open houses. We Normally expect between 4-10 potiental buyers. We have sold around 15 homes this year as a result of an Open House. We are in a Great Market In Peoria, Il. I guess I curious if anyone else has any feedback from other Markets....
