Estates at Lake Barrington - Subdivision of Single Family Homes - Built by Toll Brothers

Located off Miller Road and off Old Barrington Road, jest west of Kelsey Road The Estates at Lake Barrington is a subdivision of homes built by Toll Brothers between 2000 and 2002. Homes are still less than 10 years old and offer some of the largest single family homes in Lake Barrington.



The Estates at Lake Barrington has been part of a recent beautifying initiative in parts of Lake Barrington. The entrance way and the preserve side of Hillfarm Road have been extensively replanted and where once there was grass and a few trees there are now numerous flower beds, trees, shrubs, grasses and flowers.



There are many parts of Lake Barrington that are being kept as preserve and here is no exception. In the distance are some of the homes here, all have at least an acre lot. In the trees on the left is one of the hiking trails you can walk along starting at The Lake Barrington Village Hall.



Typical homes here are cedar, brick and stone exteriors and the average house is 4000 square feet on a 1 plus acre lots. Streets here are:
