My name is Cathy Maier and I am an Internet savvy Realtor.

I grew up in the SW area of Chicago and have lived in Palos for the past 20 years and am very active in my community. I have a wonderful family that motivates me to do the best that I can. I believe that in all my endeavors and adventures in real estate, it's coming talking to them at the end of the day that balances everything out. Any stress I might have from a delayed transaction or being outbid dissipates with their support.

I participate in the following:

• Illinois Association of Realtors
• National Association of Realtors
• On the local elementary school board
• Volunteer with various community organizations

Throughout my time I have tested the water of multiple different titles, but being a Realtor is something that has brought out an unknown passion and motivation in me. I truly love working with people knowing that I'm making a difference in their lives. I love knowing that I'm part of something bigger than myself.

Having grown up in the Chicago area, I was familiar with the area even before becoming a REALTOR(R). My familiarity of neighborhoods and communities has only boosted my performance as a REALTOR, and along with 11 years experience working with clients and transactions, I can confidently say I have seen almost everything I need to know about the world of real estate. I am confident that any questions or concerns you may have I can answer and explain without a problem. Having learned the skills of multi-tasking and organization from having a family, I come to the table fully prepared and confident in my abilities.

I don't see my clients as business, or another transaction, I see them as individuals that need the help I can readily provide, and I'd be more than happy to do so at any time.
