Good Afternoon! We just wanted to give you a quick glance at the market over the past month and a half. As you will notice, sales have picked up since our last post.
We have tabulated 2 charts for you. The first chart shows the homes on the market at the beginning of April. The other chart shows the homes that sold in March 2009.
As before, each chart is broken down by the city (left column) and the price range (top row). When I am analyzing our market, I look at many factors. One I consider important is the 'absorption rate'. This is how many homes are currently on the market compared to how many homes sold last month. I hope you find this information helpful.
