Mortgage Lenders and Realtors ~ Are you in love?

Today driving into the office I was thinking about my job as a mortgage specialist, loan officer, loan originator, mortgage lender....whatever title I have been introduced as. I began to realize, as I have many other times during my 10 years of doing my job, how much I LOVE MY JOB!

Where else can you work to make dreams come true for a family? Where else can you help someone lower monthly payments so that they can keep their heads above water, or get them some extra cash to help pay for college, go on a dream vacation, buy a car etc? Provide the loan for a first time homebuyer, who never thought owning was possible. Help the couple that just filed divorce move on and into seperate homes.

I am a teacher, a mortgage lender, a dream maker, a friend, a consultant, a marketer, and an independent worker, to name a few. I make the hours that work for me and my family. I go on vacation and take extra days to be with my family. My income is limited only to my motivation.
