Time is slowly ticking away to get the first time homebuyer tax credit

As of today 22 Oct. 2009, while i am typing this blog, First-time home buyer's have 38 Days, 14 hours and a few minutes to find a home, make an offer, get inspections done and close to receive the government's First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credit. If you go to either of my websites, www.TonyBrust.com or www.WeSellPekin.com , you can see a countdown timer to that date.

Homes must be CLOSED before Dec. 1st, that means closed and filed with the county by Nov. 30th ( I personally think you should not wait to the 30th, maybe the 25th at the latest.) Time is short, but if you start today, you can make a good offer and get a closing date set with some lenders. I talked with 2 today who can close by the 25th of November.

To date, I have help 14 First-time buyers purchase a home.

As a buyer, My services are FREE to you, yes FREE, when you buy a home listed in the MLS. Many buyers, especially First-Time Buyers, are not aware of that fact and try to do this on their own. Buying a home has many steps, and you are best served by a professional who is trained to help you with this process.

Do not call the agent on the sign, call me for full representation. If you are not the this area, but still need help, call, text or email me and i will help you find an agent who will fully represent you. For more info email me at First-TimeBuyer@TonyBrust.com or call or text me @ 309-208-7748
