Kid-friendly thrills and chills are waiting at the Plainfield Park District's new Fall Fest family event October 23.
The event will take place from 1-4pm at Four Seasons Park, on Lockport Street west of I-55. Families can enjoy fall fun including a pumpkin patch, scarecrow contest, corn stalk maze, hay rack rides, bonfire, s'mores, popcorn and cider. Pre-registration is recommended by noon, October 22. The pre-registration cost is $10 per person for residents of Plainfield and $15 per person for non-residents. Children under the age of 1 need not be registered.
