Pre-Foreclosure 202

Memorial Day was a good day to take another module with Agent University/Foreclosure.com

The module that I took today dealt with Pre-Foreclosures, the foreclosure process, stages of foreclosure, benefits of investing in pre-foreclosures and how to market them.

Perhaps, I wasn't paying as much attention as the material deserved, so I did end up missing a couple of questions, but I did well enough to pass this module, and that is the good news.

So, that is 2 down and 5 more to go, to earn my CFA (Certified Foreclosure Agent) designation.

I suppose you can never have enough education in any business that you want to do well at!
