Spending Face Time with Clients

As a team of real estate virtual assistants, it’s a rare opportunity when we are presented with the chance to meet our real estate agent clients that we service face to face. Being able to meet the agents responsible for allowing us to do what we love is a rewarding treat in a virtual assistant’s world of emails and phone calls.
This week, we got the opportunity to meet Ann Arbor real estate agent and local expert, Kathy Toth of Kathy Toth & Team - Keller Williams Realty. On her way back to Michigan from Wisconsin, Kathy stopped by the RealSupport office to meet our team and express her gratitude for the host of tasks and projects we complete for her and her team each day.

Here in the RealSupport office, everyone on our team brings something to the table when it comes to supporting Kathy Toth & Team! In addition to handling the extensive marketing efforts for Kathy's listings, our team handles a variety of creative, design, and administrative tasks to ease Kathy’s in-office workload like listing status updates, website updates, blogging, social media, lead management, email blasts, seller reporting and more.

With the overall goal of enhancing and maintaining Kathy Toth’s web presence and reputation as the premier real estate agent in the Ann Arbor area, RealSupport is always in communication with Kathy and her team. Although we assist her from across the Midwest each day, the RealSupport team appreciates the chance to put a face with a name after 8 years of helping Kathy grow her successful Ann Arbor real estate business!

Rob Gow of Shoreline Property Advisors paid the RealSupport team a visit in June of this year as well. Having been a resident of Chicago’s suburbs most of his life, the RealSupport team enjoyed connecting with Rob on a local level. Rob’s upbeat attitude and outgoing personality allowed him to find commonalities with each one of our team members. We enjoyed meeting Rob and sharing our morning with him!

Earlier this summer, our team was excited to meet Sally Bowman of Sally Bowman Real Estate out of Cheshire, Connecticut. As a stop on a cross-country road trip with her son Kevin, she first met with Carrie, Erica and Ron in downtown Chicago for lunch.

Carrie and her husband Ryan treated Sally and Kevin to an amazing time at a White Sox game, and lastly Sally and Kevin joined the RealSupport team at our office for a meet and greet over breakfast the following morning. Getting to know Sally on a personal level outside of her career as a successful real estate agent was a blast and the whole team enjoyed swapping stories and jokes.

As a group of professionals, we understand the role of a team of virtual assistants is, well, virtual. However, the RealSupport team always welcomes our clients into our office whether it’s for a quick “hello” or for a longer meet and greet.
