USDA Loans are Changing Their Fees - Take Note

Effective with conditional commitments issued October 1 forward, the up front fee on USDA loans will fall from 3.50% to 2.00%. That's the Good News!!!!!

Not so good news is that there will be an annual fee of 0.3% which applies to all loans with conditional commitments issued October 1 forward. The up front fee on refinance transactions remains unchanged at this point.
