Foreclosure Surplus? If you've been foreclosed on in Cook County better read this!

Cook County has developed the Mortgage Foreclosure Surplus website for homeowners due money from lenders that foreclosed on their home. Homeowners would be due money back from the bank if their home's selling price exceeded their loan balance. Approximately $16 million is currently being held for homeowners by the Cook County Clerk.

All you need to do is search your name quickly and see if they are holding any money due to be returned to you.
