Foreclosure Helps

Every season comes to an end. Winter will end. And, Spring will come.

The number of foreclosures will increase for the next few months; inventory will increase for the next few months and all statistics that we're getting will show just how terrible the real estate market has been.

RealtyTrac just came out with their figures on foreclosures for 2007. Illinois placed number 9 on their top ten list. A dubious distinction. Nevada had over 2% of its housing inventory in foreclosure!

And, the number of vacant homes nationwide hit 2 million! Now, that's an incredible number. And, also confirms my feeling that there are many, many vacant homes in the Naperville area. It does making showing easier, however.
