FINALLY..at the RIGHT place at the RIGHT time!!! MARCH 14 THIS YEAR CHANGED EVERYTHING...

It's been awhile since I have felt compelled to sit down and share any news regarding real estate, my career, opinions etc. Suffice it to say we have experienced life, death, chaos, trajedy and just when I least expected it? the most fantastic, exciting information and subsequent opportunity EVER! I consider myself a rather creative, artistic, for lack of a new analogy: an out of the box type of gal! yet it would seem that all my adult life, so many of my ideas or creations have come to fruition through the financial resources of others; NEVER ME!

March 14,2008 is THE day that changed all for this family; and now I don't have enough hours in the day to accomplish all the exciting investment opportunities that lie in front of me. I have my dear friend/mortgage lendor to THANK for gently pursuing me, softly prodding me to accept his invitation to COME LISTEN. Listen to what Frank? Yes I am familiar with short sales, yes I know we are in THE FINEST time EVER in our country's history to invest in real estate, but its always the same old story with me...............I dont have enough cash; and being a Broker/Realtor; sometimes my personal bills were late causing my credit score to be challenged as well. Frank; as I mentioned is a friend; a partner in my real estate career; and someone who genuinely cares. Frank knew that this opportunity was created just for me. LOL He just had to remain patient as Patti made time for all my other appointments and committments; but never seemed to have the extra couple of hours to come hear others share their stories.

On Friday March 14, 2008 I made the committment to accompany Frank and a few other gentlemen to Elmhurst and partake in what is referred to as THE INTENSIVE. The INTENSIVES are simply put: 2--8 hour days of INTENSIVE INFORMATION, and DETAILS AND HANDS ON..HOW TO's ; highlighting various topics in the arena of Real Estate Investing. I sat in my chair (in a room solidly packed with people of every age, color, gender, race and creed) mesmerized by the speaker. I took copius notes; and I knew without a shadow of a doubt

NOUVEAU RICHE UNIVERSITY was a real estate investment college that I NEEDED TO ATTEND

MY LIFE HAS and IS CHANGING at lightning speed since I returned from my first college. I sat in a variety of classes that week taught by instructors that are millionaires, multi-millionaires, hands on working investors that taught, shared stories, provided formulas, skits, emails and phone #'s to stay in touch with them after class and when I returned to Belvidere, IL on Sat April 19th; my head was swimming, reeling in INFORMATION OVERLOAD.................

I have sosososo much to share with you; its difficult to know where to begin.
