The snow is melting as temperatures rise and rain continues falling across the Chicago area. Kane County Illinois is under a flash flood watch as a result.
Visibility across St Charles, Geneva and Batavia Illinois is pretty bad due to some heavy fog.
Sandbags are available at the Campton Hills Highway facility on Route 47 and also at the Kane County Sherriff's Department at 37W355 Route 38.
Campton Hills is looking for volunteers to fill sandbags. If you're in the area stop by and lend a hand. They're filling bags at the Township Highway facility on the west side of Route 47 just north of Empire Rd.
