New Aurora Rental Rules

Aurora Landords:

There are new rules regarding rentals in the city of Aurora IL. (Crime -Free Housing Initiative)

Here a few things that you should know:

• Your rental needs to be licensed by the city of Aurora.
• Criminal backround checks on all new non-owner occupants are a requirement.
• There is a lease addendum to complete.
• All owners of residential non-owner occupied property are required to complete a landlord training class.
