  1. MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICES - Your home will be featured in the Multiple Listing Service, MLSNI, which has recently merged with MAP MLS, for complete coverage in northern Illinois.
  2. YARD SIGN - A TEAM Bellino RE/MAX Superior Properties sign will be placed in your yard (or window, if applicable) immediately. Also, a flyer box will be installed to have information sheets available to potential buyers who may be interested in your home.
  3. PHOTOS - We arrive prepared to photograph your home when the listing is taken, or as soon as possible thereafter. Buyers anticipate viewing new listings complete with interior as well as exterior photographs, so it is essential that they are available for viewing as early in the listing process as possible.
  4. MAILINGS - Upon listing your home we will be mailing cards to targeted potential buyers in your area letting them know that your home is "For Sale".
