The chart below shows that the number of homes sold is up compared to last year! Thats great news! Not so great news is the average home price is down about 6.5%. Average days on the market (time it takes to sell a home) is up to 123 days compared to last year of 89 days. This means it is very important to price you home correctly from the start if you want you home to sell in a average amount of time. If you don't it could end up sitting on the market for a very long time! I don't know anyone who wants that!
