Carmel Real Estate - Market Report - December 2008

Here is a quick look at what happened on the Carmel Indiana real estate market in December 2008 for homes under $700,000:

Carmel rounded out the year posting better than average numbers compared to the rest of the year. The number of homes sold was down 14% over last year, but this is still better than the 25% decline for the rest of the year. Average sales price was down too, but again better than the average for the rest of the year.
