Recently we took a NEW LISTING in the Town Of Chesterton, in Northwest Indiana's Porter County, Nearby photo from wikepedia the Scenic Indiana Dunes. Although Chesterton is known for it's Excellent Schools and easy access by Road or Train to Chicago-land, not everyone knows that it becomes very popular every September (Mark Your Calendars for 2009 = 9/18,19 &20 :)because it is Host to the ever growing Wizard of Oz Festival

Who cannot remember this classic movie watched over and over in Households across the world!

Yes, There really is NO PLACE LIKE HOME....so if you are looking to RELOCATE and Northwest Indiana is on your list of options....be sure not to overlook Chesterton - it has a variety of housing to offer in many price ranges!

Yep that's the one John - and if you've never seen it please do rent it, great underlying themes of  finding & using the strengths( Courage, Heart & Brains)  you already possess and finding out what TRULY is important ( HOME & family ).

Grace & Jeff, The home looks wonderful and in your beautiful location it's sure to sell quickly.  I've never heard of the festival, that would be something I would absolutely love to be a part of!  That movie truly did teach us some very important lessons and there is NO Place like HOME!

Beautiful slide show and post, Grace! I would love to attend the Wizard of Oz festival....I've watched that movie at least 15 times or more.
