Laurel Ridge in Northwest Allen County Market Report

Laurel Ridge is a subdivision in 3 platted sections developed between the late 90's and early 2000's of roughly 200 homesites. Located in Northwest Allen County served by Hickory Center elementary, Carroll Middle School, and Carroll High School of the Northwest Allen County school system. Laurel Ridge is located west of Lima road about 1/4 mile with the main entrance on the south side of Carroll road directly across from the Allen County Fairgrounds.
