Wow! You brought the whole fam damily!

Jack called me and said "WE HAVE TO SEE THIS HOUSE TONIGHT!!" I got it scheduled and showed up a few minutes early to turn on lights and make sure the house was ready to be seen.

It was dark outside so all I saw was the headlights of the mini van. I see Jack get out of the car. Then I see Jack's 3 children hop out. Then Jack's parents. Then Jack's brother. Then Jack's sister. WOW!

He brought the whole fam damily!! I'll admit it was a bit chaotic and hard to keep track of everybody, but it was kind of fun. We walked through the house and Jack decided he wanted to write an offer.

We all gathered in the kitchen and then the questions began flying. "Do you think it's priced well? Do the appliances stay? What is the square footage? Are these floors new? How old is the roof? Is possession at closing? Do you think they would leave the tv?"

I felt like I was on trial! I think each family member asked at least 2 questions each. I answered them all and the next day we wrote the offer.

What are your thoughts? If you are a REALTOR do you enjoy having an entire family come with the buyer? If you are a buyer do you feel like you need more people with you for support? If you are a seller are you okay with 8 people coming through your house at once? This family was fantastic and we shared many laughs during the showing and I enjoyed having that many people there.

What do you think? Is it good or bad to have the whole family there?
