You know what I LOVE???

I love it when I meet a new client and they feel like they already know me.

Yesterday I met Brian for a listing appointment. We had only communicated through email up to that point. As soon as I open the door he smiles and says "Hey Jared! I read your blog. You are definitely the guy I want to work with."

How cool is that??

There have been MANY times that I have met clients that I have only been friends with on Facebook and the same thing has happened. Hell, I have even gotten a few hugs on the first meeting.

The moral of the story?

Be yourself and have fun when blogging, Facebooking (is that a word?), Tweeting (I know that's a word), or while you are on any other social media sites. This stuff really does work and people really are watching. :)
