If you price it right... it will sell. Most people say "LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!" We say "PRICE! PRICE! PRICE!" Need proof?
We listed a home last Wednesday night. It is in a high crime, high rental area. Over all the home was in very good condition and only needed a few minor updates. We listed it around 10% less than market value, had dueling offers the following day and ended up selling it over list price .
We understand that a majority of home owners in Fort Wayne aren't in the position to list for less than market value. The argument we are trying to make is that location isn't everything when selling your home. Of course location, landscaping, staging, paint colors, decor, etc are all factors that come into play when you list your home too, but price trumps everything else. What are your thoughts?
