Why we mark our F.C.Tucker 1st Team Real Estate Listings PLEASE SHOW on the MLS even if we have an accepted offer.

Recently we closed on a home in NW Indiana listed by F.C.Tucker 1st Team Real Estate.

Marketing a Home to the Masses to find a Ready, Willing and Able Buyer is only 1/2 the battle now a days in getting a home sold:)

The Lending guidelines are much tighter, so we continue to show our listed properties for back-up offers for our sellers, even if a buyer has a pre-approval letter submitted with the offer to purchase.

Going back on the market because of failure to obtain financing, this Northwest Indiana Home Listed by F.C.Tucker 1st Team Real Estate was known by Buyers agents for it's well maintained condition, and so we received another offer from the same REALTOR (different buyer),shortly after the 1st deal fell!

Lesson learned - THE HOME IS NOT SOLD until the loan is funded AND the DEED is signed over AT CLOSING.

Until then, at our sellers request we change the status on the MLS of all of our properties with an accepted offer to PS =Please SHOW -> for back-up offers!
