When one of our F.C.Tucker 1st Team Real Estate Agents list a property in Northwest Indiana subject to lenders approval of a short sale, as Broker/Owners, we help them facilitate the process once an offer to purchase is received until the transaction successfully closes.
Recently, our agent Olga Kwolek had such a listing that received an offer and within 29 business days we had a lender approval in writing and it JUST SOLD!

Not all short sales are the same. Providing insight and support once an accepted offer is received can help our agents firsthand, there is an ol saying -> teach them by showing them!
We've even had several lenders who represent the buyers of our agents listings call and thank us for getting involved (as brokers) in our agents deals to provide suggestions when situations arise so that a purchase transaction can move forward.
Collective experience and knowledge come in handy sometimes in problem solving:)
