Paula , you are correct to advise your sellers on the importance of having your home show ready.  Consumers do make decisions on what to see and not see based on photos alone.

Tina - I have actually seen clients in my office skip over homes with no photos. With so much inventory available, they do not want to waste time visiting a home they can not see online. Homebuyers spend a lot of time online narrowing down homes they really want to see, and if it does not have a picture, next!
