Marchel - Thanks for stopping by! I have many people lately who do not want to meet with me first, they just want me to show up and open the door. I find it is neither a good or safe practice for me or the seller. If they don't want to meet, they are probably not serious.
It is easy to get caught up in the excitement of a sale or prospective client, but safety is much more important. Unfortunately we all need to take extra precautions these days. Last summer a new home sales agent was murdered in her model home in one of our Dallas suburbs. What a reality check!!!
