Not too bad of a way to close out the year for the Indianapolis market. The number of homes sold was down but the average sales price was up 14% compared to last year. The days on the market were down and the price per square foot was up. In addition, the list price to sales price was up 6%. Other than the number of homes selling this was quite a good month for Indy real estate market!
