DOG PARK FOR A DAY!!!

July 11^th & 25^th and August 8^th

9:00 am to 12:00 noon

Willow Crossing Health & Rehab, 3550 Central Ave

$5.00 per dog

Please note: Willow Crossing requires record of rabies vaccination information to be kept on file at their site. Please bring a copy with you or have your vet fax it to 1-866-568-6475

Don't forget to bring:

Your leash

A copy of rabies vaccination document

· Flat buckle collars recommended!
