The below graphs highlight the market details for April and May in all of Hendricks County.

Out of 285 pending in April, we had 233 closed sales, with an additional 284 pending properties.

We had an average increase in price in both pending and sold properties.

FYI - The $1.00 properties are those which are being auctioned.
