Alot of my buyers are asking, where are the short sales. Having the opportunity for the Seller to negotiate with the lender to sell the home for under what they may possibly owe is a beautiful way to move a home into a buyers pocket. And in most cases the buyer is still in the home, they are able to take care of the place more than you would find a vacant forclosed property. So make your best offer ! As one agent told me, the banks are willing to wheel and deal ! lol
