Real Estate Training At Its Best

Glenn Bill, CENTURY 21 Scheetz

Make sure you watch the videos to get a feeling of what you could experience as an Real Estate Agent at CENTURY 21 Scheetz.

If you think you don't have to learn think again! Ongoing learning is essential in the real estate business, as it is hopefully in most.
CENTURY 21 Scheetz invests a lot of time and money to ensure their agents receive ongoing training. For six days in September Glenn Bill, Top Producer at CENTURY 21 Scheetz shares his insight with a room full of eager and excited Real Estate Agents in Indianapolis.

"The beauty of having Glenn teach us is that he's not just blowing hot air, he actually does everything he's teaching, that's why he's a top producer," said Mick Scheetz, Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21 Scheetz.

Day 1 - "The First Day Of The Rest Of Your Career"

You could just feel the energy in the air. People were excited, giving each other high fives, sharing business strategies, and soaking in every word Glenn had to say.  "Without a life vision, you're probably living somoene else's," said Glenn. "Know where you are going, know what you want, and know how you're going to get there."  he said.  Agents were busy writing their goals, creating their vision, and choosing to think positive.

Day 2 - The Lost Art Of Prospecting
The room was more packed than it was on day 1. That's always a good sign that things are going well. "Prospecting, do you love it?," Glenn asked. by the muffled noises coming from the room I would venture to say that most people started out the morning not reallylikingg the whole idea of prospecting. But, by the end of day 2 people could hardly wait to get out the door and begin putting into action what they had just learned.  Specifictechniquess, scripts and dialogue were provided. When the same question was asked at the end of the 90 minute session, "Do you love to prospect?" aroaringg YES was shouted out by all!

Day 3 - Mastering The Art Of Listing Real Estate

If you list you last. We've heard it a hundred times or more. When you are armed with knowing what to say, how to say it, what to provide the client, how to handle objections, you feel like you can conquer anything. By the end of the third day that's exactly how people felt.  The best part of the day was when 25 hands went up around the room who had attended day 2 and implemented what they learned and made an appointment with a prospective client! Now that's some awesome stuff!
