Discovery Charter School

Yesterday while hosting a Grand Opening at a subdivision in Valparaiso, I met a woman and child who were out househunting. I was able to share a lot of information about the current market prices, taxes and so forth with her. I in turn learned something very interesting from her. I was excited to find out that the Duneland area has been selected by Ball State University for a new "green" school that will give children in the area grades K through 6 the opportunity to learn by utilizing a standards-based integrated environmental curriculum. I have much to learn about it, but I wanted to share the link so that others become aware of this extraordinary opportunity for families in the area.
