Wow and I busy! I am guessing it is because everyone is trying to get there tax credit for buying a house before it expires on April 30, 2010. However, with Spring coming on it does not hurt as well.
If you are looking in the Santa Claus, North Spencer area, do not waste anytime. The houses are moving and I am finding people are losing out on homes they desire due to waiting to long.
