We are located in LaGrange County just two blocks from Noble County in Northeast Indiana. Our rural location means we have a relatively small number of transactions in each county. This means a single say can have a dramatic influence on the results. The data for the two counties is similar so it is combined to give more accurate data.

Note: that is a 8 month reduction from last month which is NOT because of sales. It is a seasonal reduction in inventory. Many sellers will take their places off the market when they close them up for the season. Homes sold for 90.8% of the price they were listed at prior to sale.
