I had a situation yesterday that leads to a great blog post.

My clients goals is my #1 goal above and beyond $$$, $$$ will come if the client is treated right.

My client has had some financial problems and was pretty much getting bailed out my an investor buying her property. He is out of state, paperwork had been signed by him already. We were set to have my client sign her side of the deal last night. She called me in a panic, as she also had a bunch of attorney fees, close to $1,200 that had to also be paid that she just found out about. If these were not paid, the deal would not close. Thinking about what is best for the client, I "donated" half of my commission to get the deal done. And I feel good about it too!
