Hamilton County Real Estate Report July 2011 - Some Ups, Some Downs & Some Ups We Wish Were Down

July 2011 Real Estate Update for Hamilton County, Indiana

What's Up. Closed Sales, which increased a remarkable 32% for the month of July 2011 as compared to July 2010.

What's Down. Pretty much everything else, with the exception of Inventory, which we wish were down!

Of the four Hamilton County towns noted as one of CNNMoney.com's Best Places to Live, Fishers fared the best in the July 2011 to July 2010 comparison, making gains in Closed Sales and Median Sales Price, and holding steady in Average Days on Market. Carmel showed an increase in Closed Sales and a decrease in Average Days on the Market (a good thing!), while Westfield also boosted Closed Sales numbers from the same time period a year ago. Noblesville lost ground in all categories.
