H. James Litten, co- Owner, in his Keynote address, reported Sales in excess of 2.6 BILLION Dollars for the Company in 2007 - one of the top 4 years in the company's history since opening it's doors in 1918 !

He went on to say - this record year was achieved DESPITE THE "PERFECT STORM" which brewed in the Real Estate Industry in 2007 in our STATE OF INDIANA, which dealt with issues like complicated tax reassessments, negative media, and the mortgage crisis.
