January Sees Increase in Home Sales for Central Indiana

Mibor released the current statistics for Central Indiana's housing market.

We saw an increase in sales for Janauary 2007.

The new year welcomed in a 2% increase over the same month in 2006 and a 9.1 increase over the same month in 2005.

The average home selling price did decrease to $137,824 from the same last month last year and still showed a 1% increase from two years ago.
