Well, this week, I am all over the board. I hit it all. I talk about the new law of the land HR3221, or as I call it the down payment killer and it's supposed "tax credit" but is basically an interest free loan.
I hit on ID theft again and talk about the Private Money event coming up in Oak Lawn, Il just south of Chicago for more information on that email me at dave@madmortgagemachine.com. It is a $139 at the door, but by using my name it is only $79.
I, also, talk on personal responsibility and explain LTV and DTI to my listeners. I am getting more and more questions every week and I am enjoying some of the fruits of my labor. I am looking for future show ideas. I have been having some technical issues with the recording of my show and that is why I have not had any guests on lately.
I would love to take my show live and have it be an hour long.
